Return eligible jewellery within 15 days.
Jewellery items may be returned within 15 calendar days of delivery when they are in original condition with the invoice, packaging and certification intact.
Eligibility
What qualifies for a return?
Returns are accepted for unworn, unaltered items with original tags and certificates. Jewellery must be free from scratches, resizing, engraving or repair work.
Exclusions
Non-returnable items.
Custom-made jewellery, engraved pieces, earrings without hygiene seals, and products damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
